Brian Hall – President and COO
Brian provides the overall financial, operational and strategic leadership. In addition Brian takes overall responsibility for the growth and performance of the company. He is continually evaluating our technology, offerings and partners to ensure that PRL remains at the forefront of our industry. His goal of fostering a client centric and innovative environment has positioned PRL as one of the leading RCM vendors in the country.
Terry Cates – Founder and Chairman of Board
Terry has over 30 years of healthcare RCM and practice management experience. Terry and her husband founded PRL in 1984 and have continued to guide the growth and development of the company for the past 3 decades.
Chris Fay – CIO
Chris has overall responsibility for the technology, security and client on-boarding at PRL. This includes implementing new technology, researching and adopting technology and ensuring our systems are secure and compliant. Under Chris’s guidance PRL has implemented various cutting edge technologies and has the ability to interface with over 40 different EMR and practice management systems. Prior to joining PRL Chris worked as an IT consultant and most recently worked for a large national healthcare system.
Jodi Johnson – Director of Quality Assurance
Jodi has worked in the RCO environment for over 25 years. She currently manages our Rules Engine and oversees our compliance team. Jodi’s primary focus is developing system edits to ensure accurate and compliant coding and billing. Utilizing the RCX platform she is continually working to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
Gail Yazbek – Credentialing Manager
Gail has worked in the healthcare sector for over 15 years. Gail developed and implemented the PRL credentialing service and continues to manage the entire PRL credentialing service offering. She oversees new provider and practice set up as well as the ongoing maintenance of our providers credentialing needs. Gail has been with PRL for over 14 years.
Cheryl Nelson – Director of Client Services
Cheryl Nelson focuses on building and promoting our client relationships and developing strong partnerships. She has extensive experience in analyzing metrics and trends, and identifying practice revenue issues. She has a proven ability to reduce accounts receivable by identify operational gaps and driving successful process improvements. Prior to joining PRL, Cheryl held a senior level position at one of the largest revenue cycle firms in the US.
